About Liberty

Libby (Liberty) is no stranger to food and body image struggles. After years of extreme dieting/disordered eating, she discovered intuitive eating, and it was life changing. Libby knows what it’s like to feel trapped in diet culture and have food and body image consume your life. After becoming a dietitian, it became her mission to help others ditch dieting and heal their relationship with food.

Libby uses a non-diet, intuitive eating approach to help clients stop feeling stress and guilt around food, and gain confidence in a way of eating that is right for them.

She looks at nutrition from a whole-person perspective and works with clients to create healthy, lasting habits. Libby is non-judgemental, knowing there is no “perfect” way of eating!

My Approach

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Your food preferences, lifestyle, cooking level, and relationship with food will all be taken into account when working with me!

I use a non judgmental, laid-back, client centered approach. You won’t find any shame or guilt here!

What you get during calls:

-Personalized goal setting: Want to have more energy? Cook at home more? Fuel well for your workout? Your goals are centered around what YOU want.

-Follow up on your goals: what went well? what didn’t? what do we need to change?

-Personalized nutrition recommendations to make sure you’re getting the results you want!

-Get your questions answered. Ever read something nutrition-related online and thought, “is this even true?” I’m here to help you see the truth about nutrition!

-Meal plan if desired! Get a full weeks worth of breakfast, lunch, and dinner snack recommendations to help you be excited about eating and feel great!

Free!

Contact me to schedule a free, 15 minute discovery call. We’ll chat about your needs, as well as my services and what I can offer. We’ll make sure we’re a good fit before booking!

One-on-One Support

$100/Session, OR pay with insurance*!

What’s included: an hour long call with a registered dietitian. We will go over your goals and come up with a personalized plan to reach them.

What else is included: Support between sessions through messaging. Ask me questions and let me know how things are going! I love to hear from my clients.

FREE with each one-on-one session.

Need inspiration and nutritious recipes? Get a personalized meal plan (with snacks included!). No more one-size-fits-all meal plans. I take into account your likes, dislikes, allergies, cooking skill level, and more!
